Veteran actress Rita Bhaduri departed for her journey beyond!

The seasoned actress Rita Bhaduri who was currently seen as grandmother in Star Bharat’s Nimki Mukhiya died today, the 17th July 10 at morning hours. She was 62.

Rita Bhaduri was hospitalised for past 10 days and had been ailing for a while now.

Her co-actor  Shishir Sharma took to his social media handle to inform about her demise. He wrote, “We deeply regret to inform you that Reeta Bhaduri has departed for her journey beyond. The funeral rites will be held on 17th July, Tuesday 12 noon at the Cremation Ground, Parsi Wada Road, Parshiwada, Chakala, Andheri East. Extremely sad.. lost a wonderful human being .. a mother to many of us.. will miss u Ma…”

Rita Bhaduri was suffering from kidney ailment and had to go for dialysis every alternate day. The actress was in the hospital for the last 10 days.

Rita Bhaduri has worked in over 20 TV shows, which includes popular Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai, Amanat and Kumkum to name a few.

In her over three decades-long career in the entertainment industry, Rita acted in over 70 movies like Raja, Julie, Beta, Dil Vil Pyar Vyar.
