Abhishek Agarwal, producer of national award winning movie ‘The Kashmir Files’, on Pahalgam Incident:

Tourists were brutally killed in Pahalgam after being forced to unzip their pants to check if they were circumcised—if not, they were shot. This is a clear case of targeted killings of Hindus, nothing else.

This isn’t new. It started with the targeted massacre and exodus of Kashmiri Pandits. When we made ‘The Kashmir Files’ three decades later, the authenticity of our content was questioned—even though the reality was far worse than what the film portrayed.

What happened in Pahalgam is history repeating itself. Victims from Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Odisha, Gujarat, and Maharashtra were targeted—not for their caste or language, but simply because they were Hindus.

We saw the same hate in Murshidabad—400 Hindu families fled, Hargovind Das and his son Chandan Das were killed. Just for making idols. We’re now bringing ‘The Delhi Files – The Bengal Chapter’ to expose the roots of this menace.

From Murshidabad to Kashmir, the pattern is the same. We show the truth—they call it a lie, even when the truth is right in front of us.
