Actor, kundalini yoga expert, spiritual guru and wellness icon Bijay Anand who’s known for balancing perfectly between different walks of life has recently opened up about the time he was trapped inside Taj Hotel during the 26/11 attacks in Mumbai. In a recent video that he shared on his social media handle where he talks about the importance of spirituality and being calm, Bijay shares the story of how he was one of the very few to remain calm and spiritual in a strenuous situation which was all about bombings, and gunshots with people being massacred in large numbers. Bijay shares how even today, the hotel staff of Taj Hotel remember him and greet him positively because of his aura and how he managed to stay calm and composed in such a nerve-wrecking situation.

Bijay also reveals that despite hearing so much about the next few years being catastrophic for planet earth, he or others around him who are genuinely inclined towards spirituality are all calm and composed. Highlighting the conversation, Bijay also shares that if one is a good soul and if one focuses on good karma, everything will genuinely fall into place positively.
