Big – B Amitabh Bachchan, along with his son Abhishek Bachchan was admitted to Nanavati hospital on Saturday after testing positive for Covid-19, they are stable with mild symptoms, said by Public Relation Officer, Nanavati Super Speciality Hospital, Mumbai.

Jalsa, Janak and Pratiksha – the residences of Bachchan family have been sealed and declared containment zone by BMC.

The rest of the Bachchan family members, including Jaya Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, have also undergone rapid antigen tests for COVID-19 and their results were negative. The results of the swab tests are expected on Monday.

Their results will be announced today, reported Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope on Saturday. The veteran actor has confirmed that he will keep on updating his fans about his health condition via Twitter, said the hospital.

Amitabh Bachchan was last seen in Shoojit Sircar’s film Gulabo Sitabo while Abhishek Bachchan’s first-ever web-series Breathe: Into The Shadows recently released on Prime Video.
