Lights, camera, action! A unique film with an even more unique title, “Chilli Chicken” has officially commenced its shoot. Starring the talented BV Shrunga and renowned Manipur actor Bijou Thaangjam, this movie promises to captivate audiences with its unique blend of social commentary, drama, and comedy.

“Chilli Chicken”, a Kannada language film, revolves around the lives of five Northeastern boys who work as employees in a Chinese restaurant owned by the protagonist played by credible actor, BV Shrunga, of 19.20.21 fame.

Alongside him, Bijou Thaangjam, of Mary Kom fame and a popular Northeastern face in the Bollywood film industry, brings his own brand of charisma and talent to the screen.

The film, based on true events, is written & directed by Prateek Prajosh and is produced by Deep Bhimajiyani, Metanoia Studios.
