Dhanashree Verma’s Emotional Visit to Her Grandparents’ Home in Nagpur Featured Funtainment by Akanksha - January 30, 20250 Childhood memories hold a special place in our hearts, especially those with our grandparents. From vacationing at their home, savouring their home-cooked meals, listening to their stories, and gazing at the stars from the terrace, these moments are among the best days of our lives. For actor, choreographer, and dentist Dhanashree Verma, revisiting her grandparents’ house in Nagpur was a long-cherished dream. She recently relived those precious moments, capturing them in a heartfelt Instagram post accompanied by nostalgic pictures. She began her emotional note with Coldplay’s iconic lyrics, “Lights will guide you home 🤍”, reflecting on a dream she had about her late Nana-Nani (grandparents). She wrote, “A Couple of days ago I had a dream that I’m with my Nana Nani (my grandparents) at their Nagpur house spending the best time with them. Next thing, I wake up and reality hits me that I don’t have them around anymore and the house, that actually gave me the actual peace in life.I have spent most of my childhood with them in this house that actually always kept me at peace and I was the happiest there with them.… but ever since my grandparents left us, we also lost the house with them and honestly today I feel I have completely forgotten that feeling of harmony and pure love. I am so glad that I made this trip to nagpur and relived all my childhood memories by visiting my grandparents building / house. Met our caretaker Virender bhaiya, who always looked after my grandparents with outmost love and care. I also got a chance to meet his family. I got to meet my grandparents friends who live in the same building and we had such a great time together sharing all of my grandparents stories. I spent some quality time at the building terrace and the house and I could feel their presence around me and the feeling of being blessed by them. I also finally got a chance to meet my close friends in nagpur who truly respect and love me. I am so so happy that I made this trip happen. Thank you @nazia_vohra04 for being there for me. PS. It’s your roots who define you.” Take a look! https://www.instagram.com/p/DFZl6gfRCv2/?img_index=1 Dhanashree’s post is a beautiful reminder that while time moves forward, memories and emotions remain timeless.
