FIR registered for Rape, Sexual Assault & Extortion against fake Dadasaheb Phalke award organisers Abhishek Mishra and Anil Mishra

In yet another deeply disturbing case, an FIR has been registered at Amboli Police Station against Abhishek Mishra and Anil Mishra under serious and non-bailable charges including rape, sexual assault, and extortion of ₹6 crores. The FIR has been filed under stringent legal provisions including Sections 64, 72(2), 76, 77, 79, 115, 351(2), 352, 356 and 3(5), reflecting the grave and premeditated nature of the crime.

The survivor, a young woman, is undergoing severe psychological trauma. After months of silence driven by fear, she has shown immense courage by coming forward to expose the horrific abuse and criminal conspiracy orchestrated by the accused. She alleges that the assault was not impulsive, but a deliberate, planned act to assert dominance and settle personal scores, driven by toxic male ego.
This is not an isolated offence. The Mishra family has a prior criminal history. On February 5, 2025, an FIR was already lodged at Bandra Police Station against them for running fake Dadasaheb Phalke awards, impersonating government officials, and distributing fake ID cards bearing the Ashoka Stambh — clear violations of law. Reports confirm that further criminal cases are pending against them in multiple cities across India.
Adding to the gravity of the situation, the survivor has revealed that Shweta Mishra — a High Court lawyer, daughter of Anil Mishra and sister of Abhishek Mishra — has allegedly issued her an acid attack threat. Furthermore, Shweta is said to have planted fake detectives to follow and trace the survivor, making this a case of intimidation and continued psychological warfare.

A lookout notice has already been issued against Abhishek and Anil Mishra. The survivor has urged the authorities to take immediate, unbiased, and strict action, without influence, delay, or political pressure. This is no longer a personal crime — it is a direct attack on public trust, women’s safety, and the legal system.
The justice system must act quickly and firmly. Maharashtra, especially Mumbai, is known to be a safe place for women. It is shocking that criminals like the Mishras are roaming freely, using power and lies to harm others. Such people must be thrown out of this city.

This is not just one woman’s fight — this is every woman’s fight. True empowerment means having the courage to speak up, seek justice, and ensure that power and privilege never overpower truth.
