The one-on-one meeting occurred on the sidelines of the ongoing Global Investors Summit in Bhopal

Actor-producer Jackky Bhagnani met Madhya Pradesh’s Hon Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Monday during the two-day Global Investors Summit in Bhopal. Jackky, who attended the summit to discuss his vision for the entertainment industry in the state, highlighted Madhya Pradesh’s vast potential for developing entertainment infrastructure.

“I thank the Chief Minister for the opportunity to share my views on Madhya Pradesh’s entertainment sector. He is a visionary leader with a clear roadmap for the state’s overall development. Beyond being a beautiful city with seven lakes, Bhopal has immense potential for large-scale entertainment infrastructure. We can think beyond films, music, events, and advertising. There is scope for more theatres, drama centres, post-production facilities and modern VFX labs,” said Jackky after the meeting.

He said the state is also home to talented artists who carry the rich legacy of MP’s folk music. “We should promote them as well. I would love to contribute in a small way to this growth through impactful projects,” Jackky added.

Earlier, on his official X handle, Hon Chief Minister Mohan Yadav shared that he had a one-on-one discussion with Jackky about investment opportunities and the film industry in Madhya Pradesh. “This dialogue will open new avenues for the expansion of film production, entertainment, and tourism in the state,” he added.

Meanwhile, the summit, inaugurated by Hon Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saw participation from top Indian industrialists, including Kumar Mangalam Birla, Chairman, Aditya Birla Group, Gautam Adani, Chairman, Adani Group, Nadir Godrej, Chairman & MD, Godrej Industries Limited and Baba N Kalyani, Chairman & MD, Bharat Forge Limited.
