K Sera Sera Box Office has initiated legal proceedings against Karishma and members of the Mishra family, including Parvati Mishra, Nunupati Devi Mishra, and Raju Tiwari. The company has officially filed an FIR at the Amboli Police Station, citing criminal conspiracy, financial fraud, forgery, defamation, and repeated threats against its leadership.

Karishma, who previously held the position of Virtual Head and Director at K Sera Sera, was strategically manipulated by Abhishek Mishra, who gained her trust through social media and quickly escalated their relationship. He then introduced her to his family, particularly his father, Anil Mishra—both of whom have a history of fraudulent activities, financial scams, and deceit. Their primary objective was to use Karishma as a pawn to infiltrate K Sera Sera’s operations and exploit its financial resources to further their self-serving and deceptive Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Award.

Speaking on the matter, Mr. Satish Panchariya, Chairman of K Sera Sera, issued a firm statement:

*”The Mishra family operated in a calculated and deceitful manner, targeting Karishma and using her position to manipulate K Sera Sera’s resources for their fraudulent scheme. Their true intention was never business-oriented but rather a deliberate attempt to orchestrate financial fraud and misappropriate company funds. They have tried to tarnish the reputation of K Sera Sera, and we will not tolerate such criminal activities. Our company operates on the principles of transparency, trust, and ethical business practices—values that these individuals have blatantly disregarded.

Not only did they exploit Karishma’s authority within K Sera Sera, but they also launched a campaign of intimidation, extortion, and baseless defamation against me personally. When their financial fraud was exposed, they resorted to blackmail, issuing threats, and spreading false allegations through social media. Their actions are not only illegal but also a direct attack on the integrity of the entertainment industry. We will ensure that strict legal action is taken against them, and we will pursue justice to the fullest extent.”*

After uncovering these fraudulent activities, K Sera Sera immediately terminated Karishma from her position to prevent further damage. However, following her dismissal, she, along with her in-laws and husband, began harassing and threatening the company’s leadership. When their initial intimidation tactics failed, they resorted to making open threats on social media, spreading defamatory content against the company and its chairman, creating fabricated and misleading videos, and even issuing suicide and mass suicide threats as a coercion tactic.

Recognizing the gravity of the situation, K Sera Sera has formally requested the authorities to ensure that Anil Mishra, Abhishek Mishra, and Shweta Mishra are also held accountable, as they appear to be the masterminds behind this elaborate fraud. The company maintains a zero-tolerance stance on financial fraud, corporate malpractice, and intimidation tactics.
