Manikarnika will be a visual treat

Kangana Ranaut who’s recently started shooting for her next movie Panga in Bhopal, is very confident and sure about the special visual effects in her upcoming film “Manikarnika : The Queen of Jhansi”.

“Manikarnika is a very special project for us and the quality of work our VFX team is providing us with is extraordinary. We have got tremendous feedback for our teaser’s VFX. With the kind of passion and dedication our VFX team is working towards the deadlines is exemplary and heartwarming. We have something very special on our hands. We are excited for the film’s release but we have a lot of work to accomplish,” Kangana was quoted saying it in a statement.

The film is currently in its post production stages where heavy VFX work is going on in full force.

Producer Kamal Jain tells us, “Manikarnika is a visual treat as we’ve mounted the film on huge scale. In these type of films you’ve got more VFX work but we’ve also extensively shot at real locations in Jodhpur and Mehrangarh fort. In terms of it’s action and scale, it is at par with Hollywood. We’ve also taken care of the VFX by getting the best VFX team at work. Largely it has been done by Prime Focus and we’re happy with what they have done”.

The film is scheduled to release in theatres on January 25th 2019.
