Filmmaker Nitin Chandra, who received the National Award for his mainstream Maithili language film Mithila Makhaan, is quite excited for the release of the film on October 2nd, 2020 at Bejod Cinema.

After Hrithik Roshan, yet another popular Bollywood actor Sonu Sood praised and lent his support to the film. The actor congratulates his close friend Neetu Chandra, who is also a co-producer of the film along with Samir Kumar.

Mithila Makhaan is the first-ever Maithili film to have won a National Award and is slated to release on October 2nd, 2020 on Bejod Cinema and stars Kranti Prakash Jha and Anuritta K Jha in the lead roles. The film is beautifully shot by DOP Justin Chambers in Canada and Bihar.
