The popular music composer duo Javed-Mohsin, who was in the news for the recent entertaining album Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari is back with yet another peppy number Teri Bhabhi Khadi Hai from the year’s much anticipated musical comedy Coolie No. 1. The song is featured on the magnetic couple Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan. Interestingly, this is the only original song composed for the remake.

Elated composer duo says, “When David (Dhawan) sir briefed us for the song, he wanted a typical massy and a very catchy number. When we made him hear the song, he was blown away and asked us to record it right away. We have used a lot of live instruments, rhythm percussions and chorus to make it larger than life for which we went to Chennai. It is featured on Varun and Sara, choreographed by Ganesh Acharya and sung by talented Dev Negi and Neha Kakkar. It took us 25 days to compose it. We are getting a crazy response as people are loving it.”

Earlier, Javed-Mohsin has composed Ding Ding from Munna Michael and Pal from Jalebi that broke all the records.

Coolie No. 1 is the remake of 1995 blockbuster comedy of the same title helmed by David Dhawan and starred Govinda and Karisma Kapoor. The remake is all set to see a digital release on Christmas 2020.
