Created by UpsideDown, Raashi Sood and ICONYK, the addictive melody which speaks about a woman’s undying love for the man of her dreams. Sung by Raashi Sood, written and composed by UpsideDown, Raashi Sood, ICONYK, and with music UpsideDown & ICONYK, Sony Music India’s latest offering is party track that will get you grooving. 

Los Angeles-based Hip Hop, R&B, EDM, Trap & Urban Music Producer, DJ & Performer, UpsideDown and Mumbai-LA based Pop-Rap Producer, multi-instrumentalist and DJ ICONYK (a.k.a Nikhil Malik) and versatile singer Raashi Sood have brought their distinct music aesthetics to this party starter. 

ICONYK says, “It’s always a pleasure collaborating with UpsideDown. We’ve been working on music together for a few years now. When he played me this track for the first time, we both felt it needed an Indian touch and we’re extremely happy with the final result. Rashi is a unique singer with really diverse music sensibilities and her hooks are extremely catchy. I hope the listeners enjoy the amalgamation of our styles in Addiction.”

Singer Raashi Sood says, “Addiction is a whole new vibe if we compare it to the sounds that are releasing these days. UpsideDown says, “I started working on this concept two years ago however, I was waiting for the right artists to collaborate with to bring this idea to fruition. Raashi blessed the track with her vocals and Iconyk’s production elements essentially made the song feel ‘complete’. Addiction is a fusion of traditional instruments and modern beats and we’ve tried to bring listeners something fresh and vibey. I can’t wait everyone to hear this!”
