Urvashi Rautela has joined the club of actors who have trained to the extreme to become their counterparts. The actress is not only versatile in acting but also consistent when it comes to putting hard work in the gym, she even does hardcore pilates.

In the video uploaded on Urvashi Rautela’s Instagram, she is seen to have created a crazy upper body strength doing crunches with her one leg holding the boxing bag. Hanging upside down from a punching bag (upper body strength). When you perform a crunch from an over-extended position you may be able to tap into your innermost abdominal muscles 🥊”. The actress has outdone herself each time and has again left everyone in awe with her dedication. Hollywood actress Halle Berry’s workout routine consists of upper body strength training, similar to Urvashi Rautela both celebrities have an impeccable amount of dedication and strength. Moreover, the actress will be flying Sweden especially to be trained by the Sweden-based trainer Magnus Lygdback who trained Gal Gadot in the film Wonder Woman.

The actress recently got a blockbuster response for her song “Doob Gaye” opposite Guru Randhawa. Urvashi is starring in a lead role in Jio studio’s web series “Inspector Avinash” opposite Randeep Hooda, which is a biopic based on the true story of super cop Avinash Mishra and Poonam Mishra.
