The festival celebrates the rich and sophisticated culinary heritage of the Kashmir Valley, offering an unparalleled dining experience for food lovers in Guwahati.

Renowned Chef Shabir from Pahalgam returns with a specially curated buffet menu, featuring iconic dishes like the hearty Harissa, crispy lotus fritters, and the fragrant Kahwa tea. This festival promises to transport guests to the picturesque Kashmir Valley, showcasing flavours that are both authentic and unforgettable.

Speaking regarding the menu for this year’s offerings, Chef Shabir said, “It is an honour to return to Radisson Blu Guwahati, and bring the rich culinary traditions of Kashmir to the people of Northeast India once again. Last year’s overwhelming response to the festival inspired me to push boundaries this time by introducing an even wider range of authentic Kashmiri dishes and specialties. Along with favourites like Mutton Rista, Gustaba, Tabak Maaz, Waza Kokur, Lahabi Kebab, Nadru Yakhni, and the aromatic Kahwa, I have curated new additions to offer a more immersive experience of Kashmiri gastronomy.
